Repair Methods
Other companies take shortcuts and drill holes to access hard to reach areas. We use a Glue Pull method which is a more time consuming process but allows for a quality dent repair without the need for drilling. In rare instances where drilling is the only option or will drastically decrease the cost of repair we will always inform you of your options.

What is PDR? (Paintless Dent Removal)
Paintless Dent Repair is a process that removes dents and dings from your vehicle without affecting the factory finish. The process works by slowly messaging the metal back to its original state. Metal rods and body picks push the dents out from the inner side of the body panel. Also, glue may be used from the outside of the panel to pull out dents which is useful for hail repair on panels that cannot be accessed by a tool. In either case, fine-tuning of the repair often involves "tapping" down the repair to remove small high spots, making the surface flat.

Depending on your description of the damage over the phone we may ask for digital photos. If your vehicle has been hit with hail and you have full coverage we can help with our deductible assistance that may cover up to 500.00.
